However tech is superior since you can get 10% on weapon discharge. Fine to have both but at least tech got cool stuff all the way, not just at high levels.

I've seen speculation that CDPR might change tracks with the expansion and release it relatively soon after the announcement, like a month or so. Take it with a grain of salt, but I think it'd be rather overconfident of them to pitch their expansion against Starfield come autumn.

It actually isn't. It's a fine rpg. Not great - story is what makes an rpg great. It's one of the better AAA games I've played since getting a PS5.
