The new police system is just as retarded as the last. The only differences is that instead of dropping out of thin air, they dropping out of sin air in cars.

The random gun shoot breakout is also retarded, especially pairing with the "improved civillain AI".

I was driving my car and bunch of gangsters start shooting each other. The civillians panic and run right before my car, dies and suddenly four police cars are on my tail.

If you want perfection, stop playing games. All open world games have weird situations.
And drive slowly!

Don't they have a unique bonus in blue text below the stats or more mod slots or something?
on low tiers there is nothing. Also deck that every player starts game with costs 20k+
booted some old save, there are differences, but on higher tiers. You cant look up how it would look like after upgrades

They really believe in this rebalance, if they've gone through the whole game and replaced all the loot. I see changes in places where I remember what items were placed pre-2.0.

Also when you now loot weapons most of them are in broken state and just give you crafting components. And engineer skill points, which is pretty dumb because you're going to loot a lot of broken weapons. Preapre for everybody leveling up Engineer without even noticing.

The weapons that you can actually pick up to your inventory have this tooltip on them:

What kind of bootleg cracked version are some of you clowns running? I've yet to encounter a bug in almost 10h of gameplay. I may have miss some minor shit but nothing cought my eye.

DLSS is your best friend but since you don't have an RTX you are fucked. My 8 gb 2060 SUPER never goes under 60 FPS. Game is more GPU heavy then CPU heavy and we have similar specs outside of the GPU. Disable that fucking ray tracing cancer because is sucks. You'll gain a few FPS.

So I've been looking at the changelog and noticed this:

All NPCs now scale to your level. Enemy difficulty is no longer dependent on what area of Night City you're in.

Is this for real?
It's not Oblivion-level bad, it's bad in the way it's a quick and dirty fix to the weapon leveling retardation. While I wish they did it properly, but at least the looter-shooter weapon leveling is discarded entirely, which is an overall plus.
And even after introducing level scaling, they are incapable of implementing New Game+, which was perfectly viable in Witcher 3.

So yea, this update is a big nothingburger. It's a sidegrade at best since it shuffles around some bits but doesn't actually improve anything.
nah, there are some cool bits.
For example enemy hackers can be really annoying. Their other utility is finding your location if you are stealthy, but body was found.
Whats most important though is that now you can see their proxy when you are being hacked. They can do it through other enemy eyes after all!
So you can drop/stun proxy and stop the hack.
Enemies also use variety of grenades and change patterns based on your equipped weapon -> for example if you are sniping, they will charge

There are some good changes and a lot of horrible changes. Autistic changes that does nothing but ruin enjoyment and different builds. They basically limited build diversity to 4 builds now and the game punishes you heavly if you deviate from it.

Retarded CDPR devs are obsessed with telling the player how the game should be played and how to have fun the proper way.

I will probably wait for mods to reverse most of the retarded changes.

Hard pass, thank God I stopped downloading it before it got too far.

Most of the new perks are some of the most retarded gimmicky perks I have ever seen in a game. Most all of them depend on some crazy ass variables like being inches from an enemy so your ability can Trigger.
