If there was any legitimate, coherent and consistent story about Chris that actually supported the claim that he was "a sexual predator" or had engaged in any sort of sexual advances that crossed beyond the line of awkward misinterpreting of a situation - to which he quickly apologised or halted his advances - surely that story would already have surfaced? As Chris says himself, he has given them (more than) plenty time to let their narratives be heard without suppression and they've done just that without coming out with anything of substance that their own long trail of words hasn't contradicted or which can't easily be proven false as in the case where he wasn't even on the same continent at the time that his supposed transgression should have occurred?
And what meaningful rebuttal could there be to his own claims of emotional distress, financial loss and damaged reputation? The loss of money and reputation is obvious and easy to point out. I can't imagine there not being people in his life, and probably also a doctor, who can corroborate his emotional distress and the root of it is - again - obvious and easy to point out.
