When you are in the port, go as far right as you can, past the shipbuilding yard and just before you see a small beach, enter the hut on the right where the guy will be.

You can also take a card about teachers off the notice board in town, read it and it will say where he is.

They've fixed most of the old cheese tactics with specific enemies which is pretty neat.

Trolls turn too fast to use the old circle strafe trick, zombies no longer recoil every time you hit them etc.

Yes, but dodging now protects you against troll punches, it wasn't the case in the original.

Yeah, shadowbeasts are just about the deadliest thing in the game now that they can't be stunlocked.

Fighting the shadowbeast is pretty much the same as fighting a bear, only that his animations are harder to read: bait a running attack, hit him a few times, back off, repeat, don't try to challenge him if he decides to swipe. I've already killed one near Rita's vineyard, but I'll record a video once I find another one.

LoL fags,did you find some good way to make moneyz ? I am running around with like 5 gold in me purse all the time lol. I remember that there was some notice that someone wanted reptile skin,but it seems like dispersed. Also the chick in the city offers me like a tenth of the price of the skins. It is a bad choice to make thing selling for almost nothing,it feels too gamy. If it was a half or a third of the value it would have been fine,but it sells like for one tenth of the value lol.

In CH1? Sell (through dialogue) meals, meat, skins, animal trophies to vendors. Do quests. Beat up npcs and rob them. Loot their houses. Explore.

Hunters that can teach you something can be found in Silbach, Wolf's Den and the city. I met some others too, but they don't teach anything. You can sneak into the city in CH1 to get some good shit or skills early on, but be careful for rooftop polaks that kill filthy border crossers like you.

I tell you a little secret. There are a bunch of npcs near Wolf's Den you can beat and each has 40 gold. You can make a decent amount of money by just acting like a typical refugee in this game.

How do you sneak in the city? I read that you get killed if you get in and that you can't enter in ch1,if i knew i would have done it earlier.

There is only one road that will lead you to the right place. I roughly marked the way and the city area where your nigger ass can get cap'd.

Follow the road till you reach this place, then go to the mountaineous way.

Find this spot, climb it and quickly sidestep to the left so you don't fall.

Then just climb these two spots. The rest is easy to find.

Last part. Just Ezio Auditore your ass to the rooftops and find a way down a couple of buildings further.

Find this archway with two chests inside. Just like in G2, but unguarded for some reason. Loot the chests like a nigger you are. Proceed next to a pile of crates.

Climb this box and then the wall.

Jump over to the roof.

Follow the rooftop carefully, its easy to slide down and fall. You won't die probably but will just waste time. Then jump onto the tower.

Freedom. Yay! Jango is unchained (but with chainmail armor if you bought it)

Saw the plot twist coming (before the release actually) and it was still soooo good. Story and voice acting are fucking brilliant, seriously professional grade stuff. It's middle of the night, I haven't worked or trained all day and I'm making coffee to keep playing. I feel like a kid discovering Gothic for the first time. One thing I hugely appreciate about this game is that spells get MORE mana efficient as you progress through the circles, rather than having to dump your entire mana bar to cast a single circle 4-5 spell

Learning second level of alchemy or becoming alchemist's apprentice (haven't figured out what exactly you have to do) makes beasts drop seeds on death, they are needed to craft some of the potions.

I wish that somebody has told me about it earlier. I have already cleared like half of the island, may be more.

It actually is written in a book somewhere. Most things are. Also, monsters respawn each chapter like in regular g2
