Bretonnian Blitzers don't have access to ST without doubles (I got 6 + 4).

I was also contemplating taking Sure Hands, Dodge or Tackle.

Oh, I thought all their nonpeasants got it, but I guess it's just the blockers. +ma was probably the right call then.

It was a tight game, anyone could've won but ended up a draw. I was lucky when it comes to the caused fatalities but looking at post-match statistics my team made only 3 blocks fewer, so there was an equal amount of bash involved.

I've joined the Codex side-league with vampires instead of halflings. Vampires will be better in case we do leagues were experienced teams can join, and they suck like halflings (although a bit less than halflings, especially in higher team values).

I'd say they suck more. In fact, they tend to suck A LOT. They are vampires, after all...

What's the name of the side-league? I consider joining (I am thinking about Khemri or Undead), since my timetable is relatively light these days.

It's part of the same thing (Codex BB) so you'll find it easily, but I think we'll have to remake it since it was made for 4 teams only. So, someone should make it for 6 teams and we'd have to look for the 6th person to join.

I did not. I will watch it later. But I have seen amazing games made by good Vampire coaches and I saw games where Vampires sucked (their Thralls) so hard it was painful to watch. Having AV7 players, which are guaranteed to break armor every time you main players roll a 1, can really wreck you. Even without the opposition doing their part. I sincerely hope Vampires will give Thralls Thick Skull or AV8 in Blood Bowl 2020.

If you want to jump in now we're just about to start a new league. I can expand it to 6 teams assuming Harthwain is still interested in joining.

Codex leagues are very casual. I'm quite new to the game myself and having a lot of fun.
