But relying on non-combat skills perhaps even easier. Missing something here is much worse than in AoD, and the penalty is also steeper - in AoD you could use SP from combat path to shore up diplomatic path, here you don't have that luxury. So if you are behind the curve you'll stay behind it with no option but to reload.
Missing content isn't supposed to stop you from beating the game. But some people lose their shit regardless over the very fact they cannot cover enough/all in one playthrough.
