You can talk about how spamming spells over and over isn't the way the game is meant to be played, but the reality of the situation is, either the game is balanced around being able to do that (which ruins it for the players who self-limit) or game balance can be utterly destroyed by it. Either way, it's not a great system.

CDPR is probably trying to mitigate just that exploitability by gating skill levels with stat levels, which you can only increase through level ups from mission XP.

Don’t know how that’ll end up feeling like, though. It sounds a bit rigid.

CD Projekt is a company that’s full of gamers: we’re making games but also playing them. So to that effect we’re listening to everything and if you have comments about the game’s audio, we will pass it on, and if you have comments about lighting, we’ll send them to lighting. We just want to make a top notch product. Very few people at CDPR are settling for ‘OK’–we’re trying to do something exceptional here. In terms of feedback, we’ll listen to whatever you have–good or bad!

V is candid and straightforward eh? Thought it was our character...
Maybe it's related to their default appearance in trailers and demos, no? Either I'm a

Not my problem you are as musically retarded and you are emotionally. Here I'll help you seeing as you can't even use your ears properly.

Hint: They are almost identical. Only one of them is almost 40 years old and made by people with talent.

That one is slightly better, but still clear to me this is a slightly above average open world shooter for console plebs.
