there will get mad at the game like anything before
Considering leftists get mad at just about everything, and since their only goal in life is to find things to be mad about, this isn't really all that noteworthy.

Case in point, CDPR bent over backwards to include the single most disgusting cause leftists have ever championed so far (trannies) and the subhumans still found reason to complain about it.

Now I'm starting to wonder if they were truthful about stating they needed time to optimizing the console version. I mean, it seems like it.

Of course when a corp says "optimize the performance" what this really means is "make sure it actually runs on that platform reliably for more than 5 minutes".

Apparently you can run the game and this is what happens

Something tells me this isn't going to have 300 different caves to shoot and loot.

E: Procedurally generated crack houses as dungeons would be funny

Well, there's also GTA V. It did not have any story whatsoever, no buildings to enter, and stupid activities like yoga, and somehow people played that for dozens of hours as well.

And then there'll be Cyberpunk Online, just like V got GTA Online.
Another comparison which will cause cognitive dissonanse for some: Fallout New Vegas was full of clunky animations and bullet sponge enemies. Yet it has its big following, especially on the Codex. The how and why this is so, is a question I'll leave to the class to ponder over

The overall stance towards NV seems to be that it still suffers massively from its FO3 genetics while at least having a good story and CnC. Nobody praises NV for its gunplay.
Well thank you for confirming what I've been saying all along would be the stance towards CP77.
The difference is that NV turned out decent despite its lineage. They did the best with what they had on hand. Cyberpunk doesn't have that excuse, it's supposedly built from the ground up to do one thing and it fails at that.
This is what makes my piss boil. You guys are so quick to pardon other broken, messy games, but already shitting on CP when the game is not even released. Do you know anything about the story, the C&C, the world building? No. But then how can you say that it failed at that?

And the game has every prospect of being big enough to grow a serious modding community.
No chance of that happening, not unless CDPR made some radical changes to how they go about making their games. Far as I recall this time around there hadn't even been a promise they'd eventually give the community modding tools unlike with Witcher 3.
TW3 community was not given any modding tool, yet the game was massively moddable. And since CP uses the same engine, there shouldn't be a problem here.

I expect there are still data to download to actually play the game. They can't crack that.

I doubt he has seen what's possible with just scripting in Witcher 3, and I don't bother responding anymore. Given CP77's development history, the code may be a huge mess with much less stuff exposed for modding though, so everything is guesswork for now.

Anyone already preloaded? Try this and report back :P Probably a troll comment tho

The game can be started by changing the date on the computer to December 10 and turning off the Internet.

The only thing I've seen in these streams are graphical/physics glithes. This is how many fucks I give about graphical glithes:

Yeah I'm sure CDProjekt didn't think about this solution.
