How long until after release will this actually be playable?

Or will this be the first crpg released in the last 5 years to not be a buggy pile of shit on release?

Better wait a couple more years to play it. We'll let you know how it is in the meantime.

This detective pictures spam reminded me about Fallout 76. Before it launched, players were spamming fallout subreddit with threads like "i'm going to roleplay a drug dealer!", "i'm going to roleplay a mr. Radical!", "i'm going to roleplay a travelling merchant!". Surprise, turns out the actual game doesn't support this level of roleplaying.

Don't set yourself up for a disappointment.

Those people were obvious morons. They thought a Bethesda game was going to support roleplaying.

Expectations management is all well and good but... nah, I don't think so, not this time.

You do wake up in your underwear in a trashed motel room with the mother of all hangovers and the face of a late stage alcoholic, but what you make of things from there on out is up to you. The RP possibilities really are hard to overstate.

I sincerely hope you're receiving pay for the abundant shilling you've committed yourself to, rather than doing it just because those hip young people from Estonia were nice to you once
An Estonian being nice to you is something rare and precious, it's good to see him properly appreciate this.

Has anybody outside the obnoxious developer ever written about this game? Any previews?
Dude, there are two previews right here on the Codex, in addition to quite a few others linked or posted in this very thread...
