Just noticed Steamspy bumped Disco to the 500,000-1,000,000 category. Not bad.

This is a really good news, comrade.
And we were among the very first buyers!

I'd expect another sales peak in a year or two when BR/RU/etc localizations will arrive, a huge load of people are afraid to play because of Kurvitz' twisted up English.

If the Chinese censors could comprehend what they were reading, they would have censored the game for the MI alone.

Censors are generally not very bright. That's why they're censors. It's a shit job, but somebody has to do it.

Just a reminder that this cretin is the ultimate "liberal" and "progressive".

Nothing more liberal and progressive than censorship.

PC RPG Website of the Year, 2015 Make the Codex Great Again! Grab the Codex by the pussy Insert Title Here RPG Wokedex Divinity: Original Sin 2 A Beautifully Desolate Campaign Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag. Pathfinder: Wrath
I replayed it, for the feelz of melancholy. Haven't you ever woken up on a cold winter morning, hangover as fuck, and even though your are so sleepy something makes you wake up. Everything around you seems surreal, and when you remember what you drank and did last night it's as if it happened to someone else in a movie you watched years ago. It's a hangover that makes mundane things feel as if you are in a James Bond film. I can relate so much, and the game just instills the same feeling from every channel - music, story.

Should I wait for DLC or patches. Is the game complete or there is an ad-on in the making?

Thoughts aren't buggy anymore. It was pretty bad at release. There haven't been any patches for several months now.

The Great Internationale - Translation voting now closed!

It's been just over a month since we revealed The Great Internationale and since then you have placed well over 200,000 votes on our website. We now have our hands full as we work with fan communities and localisation companies to try to bring you Disco Elysium's 1,000,000 words in new languages.

The current translations are going strong thanks to the hard work being put in by each team. We'll have more to share about them all soon as they get closer to being finished. Meanwhile be sure to keep an eye on the website tracker for all of the progress updates.

Russian team update
The Russian translation of Disco Elysium is now being managed by Testronic (who are also doing the German and French translations).

The community team provided a strong start for the translation that will be continued with a bigger team. This means we can ensure maximum quality, efficiency, and respect for the Russian language -- which is especially great as Disco Elysium owes so much to Soviet culture and history.

Additionally, we are very thankful for the superb work the fan team have done, they won't go unrecognised or unpaid for it. A couple of the team's members will continue working on the translation with Testronic from within the community.

What's next?
All your votes and messages as part of The Great Internationale over email and social media have pointed us in the many directions we're moving in now. Once we are sure that we have everything in place we will make announcements about translations for each new language separately. We will do our utmost to ensure quality and deliver it.

A super massive thanks to everyone for showing their love and for voting over the past few weeks, as well as those who bought Disco Elysium and put it on their wishlists. It helps us and the game out immensely. More soon!
