Now this is a game I would play.
(I'd have to beat it in one sitting though.. no saves)

Unfortunately I don't think bioware is talented enough to even pull this off.. I hope that it's so bad it's good.. But after DA:I ... The best I can expect is a boring by-the-books action rpg with asset reuse out the ass, cringe incoherent writing, half backed cutscenes with unfinished animations and all the pandering checkboxes ticked off.

DA2 was mediocre, but what's even worse about it is that it completely destroyed the low fantasy feel that had defined its predecessor with its retarded visual style (e.g. Colgate darkspawn, ayylmao Elves, goofy armors, a fucking Final Fantasy companion in Fenris etc etc).

Importance of Devs personality when it comes to game dev can not be overstated. FC Barcelona wouldn't have fans if bunch of monkies in wheelchairs played for them. Why anyone expects from bunch of SJW lunatics to make a good RPG set in belivable Eastern Roman Empire high fantasy setting where fun and deep RPG gameplay will meet interesting storytelling? Do you really think Dragon Age: Origins would be the same if they/them made it?

I was so thirsty for good RPGs in the mid 2010's I actually went through the entire trilogy, wanting to figure out the ultimate fate of my Noble Dwarven Rogue from the first game. Even suffered all the way through the 2nd game. And you know what? I'm happy with the answer I got in Inquisition.

Like they seemingly always do, they waited way too fucking long to make a new entry to this series, and for some reason they think it can hack it as some online thing. When the best feature has always been the pages and pages worth of background and lore. JFC.

Like, I was the market for this thing. I waited for it at first. But it's been so long I can't even begin to care. The fact that it's a guaranteed, sure fire, no-nonsense fuck up of a game doesn't help.

I'm happy with the answer I got in Inquisition.

I'm not since now every race's religious beliefs and ancient myths are intertwined with each other and everything is dominated by elf shit which is the most boring of the bunch (especially in light of the Dwarves whose DAO rendition was one of the best in CRPGs).

Gaps of 10+ years between sequals in popular franchises are managerial retardation. Dragon Age, Elder Scrolls, GTA...From my limited time on Earth, I discovered that 9/10 managers are complete retards who don't know how to tie their shoes let alone run anything
