That this is even a surprising twist is laughable.

We're apes who talk (well, some of us are, most of us just mime vocal sounds like birds); the fact that not every game is like this is itself a fucking miracle.
Women say one thing, then to the opposite. This has been the case since the dawn of humanity. None of this should be a surprise.

I don't even know what they are talking about. I played video games with several girlfriends, female clan members, homegirls from back in the day. Non of them disliked sexual or attractive characters, ever. They are plain making this stuff up

Exactly, it is delusional. There is a difference between women being sexy and women being disgusting, and it seems these kinds of people conflate the two, and likely severely sexually maladapted.

Hint: most people are not smart enough to distinguish between an actor and the villain they played, and will harass them for imaginary crimes. Exact same thing with woman saying how much they ''dislike'' sexualization of fictional people.

I bet they simply asked them "Do you dislike sexualization of women?" to which they unsurprisingly replied "Yes."

In this day and age, it's almost like asking someone in a survey if they are racist. The "correct" answer is already clear.

Always boggles my mind when I remember a woman in my university class who was a great fan of Game of Thrones TV series and at one point there was apparently some interview with the dude who played that 'evil' ruler (Jeffrey or something?), and she had her mind blown and talked about it constantly for a few days how dude who played the character is actually nice and not like in the series.

A woman studying at a university.

At least they eventually kicked her out.

As the unravelling of Western civilization accelerates I find myself genuinely afraid, and admit it without reservation. Mostly I fear for my children, who thankfully are basically adults now. Thank God I had them so young, whenever I see people walking around with strollers today I shudder with dread.
