GOG is no longer DRM free?

You can ask only stupid questions?

What about butthurt dumbfucks who whine about Steam release, yet still secretly install the game on their private God-Gaben shrine?

What about them? What about people who play games with a hand on their dick? I'm sure you and them can tell exactly who those people are and how many there are. ZOMG we ICEBURNED some unquantifiable amount of retards!
It's obvious they used the DRM-free shit because all Kickstarters do it and hoped to get more money out of it. Now they just take jabs at people who wanted DRM-free.

Anti-DRM street cred.. if that's not a jab at everybody asking for DRM-free, then I don't know what is.

Logic Artists fail at communication as usual.

I praise them for causing butthurt, though.

OH NO JABS

(And really, it's just a jab at you, not at "everybody asking for DRM-free".)

And the main point there is that since the Steam version has DRM, that one doesn't "count". You get the game on whatever platform you chose earlier. And then if you wanna you can also get a Steam version. You can't get the Steam version without also getting another DRM-free version.

But still. Jabs. That matters.

It's a stupid thing for them to say, but it's also not really worth bitching about. I don't know exactly why they couldn't just have you choose one of any platform, Steam or not, but hey, if they're going above and beyond to effectively give everyone two copies, cool!

Get the DRM free version.
Sell the steam key to some dumbfuck for a lower price tag.
Profit.
Practically someone is getting a copy of the game for free.

Well they require you to send them your steam ID. Maybe they plan to bind the code with account before redeeming or gift it directly to it.

They sent out the kickstarter survey thing before they knew they'd be on steam, and for some reason you're only allowed to send out on of those.

Well, in a survey beforehand I chose GOG since it was the best option then, but now with Steam I want a Steam version! I liked Steam before Greenlight but now after it's in place and doing a campaign over there I really got to appreciate them even more. Spending a lot of time on their site or in the client I might as well keep all my games there :)

Very neat. Just one week to go and I honestly can't wait. :)
Thanks.
But what a disapointment pre ordrers are still not open, neither digital sellers do not still mention it.We're now less than a week to launch, and the situation remains the same.
Come on Logic Artist, kick them!!!Can't they promote you more than not?

:hmmm: I'll post the Steam key when/if I get it. Be faster the next time.

I was not mad at you friendly internet person who so generously posted the code (thanks btw).

Is there a review embargo on the game up to the release date? Want to read up on some opinions here on the forum before buying at least.
