The demo sold me on it and I've decided to buy the game tonight. I had planned to already because I've enjoyed both of the other games in the series a lot, but now I'm properly excited and very much so looking forward to play it in a little over a week. Time to polish off Archolos to clear up the time!

Same, but i will still take my sweet time with archolos. 80 hours in chapter 3 and i still don't feel any close to burning out. After that, i will play expeditions.

Devs who figure out that making open-world or isometric RPGs, with natural characters, good story, great role-playing opportunities, in low-cost areas of Europe, with zero compromise to SJWs will make a serious buck. Gothic 3, as it was supposed to be, with a little bit shinier graphics, would cost (probably less) 5-7m$ in Balkans to be made and would earn 100m$ on Steam

Isometric Not-Arcanum 2 or actually good Not-Lionheart or Expeditions: Crusades made in Unreal 4/Unity in Eastern Europe, with marketing by YouTubers like SplatCatGaming, would be excellent + make great profit. Who the fuck lies Devs that based and redpilled videogames wouldn't sell? Didn't Kingdom Come prove otherwise? Whoever becomes publisher in 2020s for quality.TM, prestigious, well-designed, old skool and innovative vidya games, and moves his video game factories to Eastern Europe, will make serious money and create good entertainment and alternative culture in times where Two Europes and Two USAs are emerging. My first three projects would be: RPG-GTA/Mafia set in 1990s, Gothic 3 as it should have been and isometric Torment-like. Expect graphics, story telling and gameplay from the 2000s, but refined. Then in sequals evolved. Who says future has to be shit. My only problem is capital, but I might know few guyz who have a lot of friends with small hats and big moneybagz. Quality alternative to GTA (Mafia 2.5) alone would finance 99 sequals to Fallout-like. People are starved, I'll feed them Incline

Nah, that's ok. Your portrait should reflect your character. If you wanna be one of 13 niggers in 1 million people strong ancient Rome, ok. Expect some comments, but no-one will call you Nigger. In Civil War/Wild Weird West RPG thou...

Portrait selection in modern RPGs is getting worse and worse. 2/3 of selections are women, trannies, niggers and freaks. Look at Encased! They are bad but compared to Pathfinder:Wrath, they are ok. Having so many women in armor feels just...unnatural

DA:O and 2000s isometric RPGs struck golden ratio between empowered women and believable world. I would emulate that in my games. Expect Witcher 1/ Titan Quest/ Gothic believable strong & sexy women

What I have noticed devs only post here to build hype, but close to release and/or after they stop. Sometimes they come back for the sequel. It's a real shame, but I guess most of them are cucked and only want to post on Resetera for protection. We have some good ones that stick around that can take criticism and throw around banter themself but it's rare.

I'm mostly here to shitpost and complain, but I'm neither big or important. And to be fair, a lot of gamedevs avoid the codex because most games fail, in one way or another - and the codex has a reputation for having extremely high standards... among other things. Not a lot of people actually want to own up to their failures. That's why a huge number of kickstarter devs just end up ghosting their entire fanbase.

The vast majority of people who do creative work can't take any kind of criticism, its not only "SJW cucks", and those who stick around here for the abuse do so because their games have such a small niche market products that the codex actually represents a respectable segment of their playerbase, most of everyone else doesn't need to stick around for the insults.

I have a sinking suspicion that gamedevs have a high tendency to be mentally unstable.
