Bethesda's "Americana" vision was a good addition to the series. Not everything Bethesda did was bad.

It's pretty much the primary reason the 3D fallouts stand out so much from other post-apoc games.

It might have been a good addition to something else, but in Fallout it's a gigantic non-sequitur.

I pretend every Fallout game after Fallout 2 is in its own dimension and actually has nothing to do with the first two. It's like looking at a long running movie franchise that had two really great films and then a lot of shit after.

Okay I lied, I actually liked Fallout Tactics. Fuck you, Codex.

Why to pretend?

p.s. I want a borkfist

I was able to put a couple of hours to it, personally found it pretty dull, I think a 2-4 player co-op DLC for Fallout 4/Skyrim would had been a better option, would recommend anyone thinking about picking it up on waiting for fixes, private servers and modding, by that time you also might be able to get it on discount, because 60$ for what it feels like an early access is just a no-go for me…

Yeah, If they want MP to be a thing in their games you'd think they would have more success with TES. Co-op party of ~4 seems obvious with the series DnD roots. Nevermind, just remembered most of the original Arena team have left or been muscled out by Zenimax.

This post apocalyptic world doesn't feel so hostile anymore when you're shackled to some twat that keeps doing the dance emote in power armor.

Can't wait for Polygon and Kotaku's headlines like : "Fallout 76 Is A Broken Mess. Here's 5 Reasons Why It's A Good Thing." Like the LGBT community, Fallout 76 is completely unnecessary, broken and should not have been made

It is, yes. I got a review copy 2 days ago.

My review will be sponsored by Jack Daniels, who came to me in my hour of need. I couldn't have done it without him.
