KOTOR 2 due to companion corruption (as previously posted) and also for the ability to spam Force Lightning with impunity. I think it's the only game I've ever played where I instinctively lean towards evil choices.

That being all you can do ruins it. No option to break her, enslave her ect.

The correct answer is Kichikou Rance, but you can do some very creative and despicable things in Temple of Elemental Evil as well.

Might as well mention Beats Blade Haruka while we're on the subject of AliceSoft.

forging an armor made of human skin.
dipped in blood of dragon mum that had her unborn children sacrificed to some demon...

...along with some prominent figures death due to fake offerings for extra lulz. Yeah it was memorable

My absolue favourite part of BG2.

Swap dragon eggs with fake ones.
Watch Drow Matriarch get killed for not having an offering for megademon.
New Matriarch asks you for the real eggs, give her the second fakes.
She gets eaten by demon too.
"bro I know u got the real ones"
"sorry mr demon I need to give them to dragon for passage"
"understandable, have a wonderful day"
Give eggs to Silver Dragon.
Silver Dragon enters human form to help out.
You stupid bitch.
Finger of Death vulnerable Silver Dragon.
Exit the underdark with silver dragon blood and genuine dragon eggs.

I never had the demon not going hostile when scamming him en have never seen human form of the Silver Dragon in my playthroughs. Is this some mod or should I just replay it again? Paging Lilura , resident expert (over 300 confirmed write-ups)

The real question is how the hell did Bodhi steal those eggs?

To me a truly great evil playthrough is insidious, seductive, and justifiable. Legends of Eisenwald has all three in spades. Players can start out with every intention of making the world a better place, but gradually their tactics become more radical in the pursuit of their goals. The game makes it apparent that in this world the bad guys have all their dreams fulfilled, and the good guys walk away with nothing more than their own moral fibre. So do you continue on this path, secure in the knowledge that it won't lead to wealth, revenge, or titties?

Dungeon Keeper was quite satisfying in that regard.

Mistreating your servants, killing and torturing heroes in shining armors, summoning the Reaper and unleashing it upon your enemies, that was fun.
The games are great, but cartoonish mischief is what DK is about, it's not evil. Same as, say, Overlord.

I fail to see it as "evil" in any way. You're basically doing the world a favor.

That depends what you mean by evil playtrought. Nice evil character? Or criminal?

You could nuclear bomb a town in Fallout, or be evil and support that ghoul woman.

There you have one evil character.

That mage that changed himself to cabinet (in Baldur's Gate) just to store women underwear was also pretty evil.
And then we have Trevor from GTA V.

But let's look at recent games I played that allowed evil playtrough.

Dark Souls had decent evil ending, better than regular ending actually.
Demonicon well, you play as evil character and it doesn't suck.
Kings Bounty Dark Side. Refreshing game about revenge of a vampire (or one of two other starting characters).
Prey 2017. Allows doing stuff.
Princess Edge Dragonstone. Naked evil princess broke from imprisonment grabbed a sword nearby, and she's completely kickass and wants pay them back. What not to like? Aside of graphic, simplistic story, and it's not RPG.
Seinarukana lost alternative route in english version, and I'm not sure if it counts.
Shogun 2 obliterating shogun and getting shogunate to yourself is so evil. And enjoyable.
Silent Storm. You are playing as Abwher section... You know Nazi. Not much choices and consequences or Roleplaying elements.
Solium Infernum decent game, just too simple and short.
Space Pirates and Zombies. Yea this one is also nice.
Tropico 4 Modern times DLC. You can get 3rd super secret ending. Quite nice when you do evil playtrough.
Overlord has VERY enjoyable gameplay. Evil only.

Also Disgaea I and II had enjoyable evil playtrough, as long as you could stomach grind.

I'm not sure what LEXX has to do with all this but you got my brofist anyway. It's such a wonderfully weird and creative but also criminally under-appreciated SF series. Everyone should at the very least watch the first part of the first series. It can be watched as a standalone film ("I worship his shadow") and is good on its own.

Surprised that anyone would mention Tyranny: unless serving an authoritarian government is inherently evil, I don't remember very many evil choices; for that matter, I remember being disappointed that a game that marketed itself as "you can be evil!" had so little of it. My vote is for the better written Dark Side paths in SWTOR. Playing 'good guys' as sociopaths and 'bad guys' as benign--and having characters respond appropriately to your unexpected moral choices--was genuinely fun. Shame that the makings of a good KOTOR game had to be strung out across a bland MMO experience.

Several people say Mask of the Betrayer, but I don't remember it being very satisfying or anything, being evil.

Insert Title Here RPG Wokedex Codex Year of the Donut I'm very into cock and ball torture
Some great answers in this thread.

But it would have to be Fallout 3. You can nuke Megaton! That's so evil! The devils at Bethesda did it again...
