I've got Thief 1-2-3, Papers Please and Rollercoaster Tycoon. Oh, and Startopia. It was a good sale for me.

Going to pick up original wasteland, Deadly Premonition worth the $10?

It's one of the weirdest games I've played and with proper controller (XBOX 360 to be exact) support it's even better :)

I've heard it's quite the tribute to Lynch? How is the port? I heard it was poor to begin with but got fixed by the community?

I've got a wired 360 pad so that's fine.

Make sure to get the DPFix mod. You'll know you have it properly installed when you look into a mirror and see a crisp reflection instead of a very jaggy one :)

The port is still hit or miss from what I've seen on various forums including the GOG ones. It runs, it plays, but it's still somewhat plagued by some issues for some folks. I'd recommend reading a few forums before purchasing if you're not sure :)

I just got it. I've been wanting to play it for a while, if there's any issues I'll live as long as they're not gamebreaking.

Is DPFix the one that sorts out the resolution?

Thanks, that's great. :)

Edit - I'm enjoying it, interesting enough for me to play more at least, controls are wonky as fuck for aiming though. Running is fine at least, it doesn't feel heavy or as if walking through sludge.

Yeah, no regrets here yet. :)

I didnt have time to play Eador yet, but theres a 30 page thread for it and the sequel in the strategy forum here so it must be doing something right. Same for Expeditions, check strategy forum.
Etherlords is a card game, but Nival built an entire game around it. Imagine story based Heartstone that looks like HoMM. I liked the second one more, but it was years since I played it.

WTF happened to Nival anyway, they used to be one of my fav developers with titles like Silent storm, Blitzkrieg series and now they make f2p mmo's. :(

Thank god they are still available for the people who bought it there. I take it they're now collector items that are going to be worth a whole lot on eBay, oh, wait.

Finally broke down and bought Settlers 4. Not the whole package, just this one game. Sure, this way I had to pay the whole price, but I really didn't needed the other games, and buying them all would have been more expensive, even on sale.

Should have felt like you were stopping zombie Interplay from making money off the legacy they ruined.

Well, I just remember signing up in October of 2008 because this new site had some old games I remembered and the Fallouts were almost always front page material at the time. It's kind of a weird feeling being the one to shut down the Fallouts :/

Yeah I know the above statement is highly insignificant but I figured I'd share :)
