I've played MDK1 more than decade later and learned about people shitting on the sequel.
no wonder - quite difference, especially tone. Almost like Fallouts from Bethesda and attempts at RPG and humor and tone - failure

Look who's back

other projects failed and KS funding cancelled
quoting some superheroes movie "You could not live with your own failure.. Where does that bring you..? Back to me"

edit - just noticed they bring back "Oldest" sorting option on the channels. IIRC one of the guys from YT just replied "just scroll long enough, lmao" to answer why they deleted it.

After months of me commenting on every Mortismal's video about "the best hidden gems" or whatever, asking when is he going to review one of the most important entries in the genre, he finally did answer.

He'll get to Knights of the Chalice "eventually".

I'm not holding my breath. Btw, we should do a poll and ban every codex member who has not played KotC.

To purge this thread from the decline of mentioning " HE WHO LISTS OBLIVION IN ANY BEST OF VIDEOS", I give you a actual fun video:

Didn't bother to watch the entirety of the goomer video, but the gist from the first part seemed to be "I hate when people call gaming an addiction! Now let me illustrate how gaming is a dangerous addiction because I didn't have the willpower to not let it consume my entire life." Maybe the video went in a wildly different direction, but if not, what a fucking pompous retard.

RE: New Vegas is structured the same way Fallout 2 is

There is a natural flow route which takes you across the map. Or you can go straight to "late game" locations if you can handle the heat

The difference is that Fallout 2' natural flow route has lots of interesting content while New Vegas' similar route is way more boring than Vegas itself
