Kinda offtopic but this video thumbnail really makes me wish that games had sexy characters that weren't anime styled. I have nothing against anime or sexy anime characters (and if anything i like Anime Rayne) but that is all that i see these days.

However, while not anime, Rayne's look is still ripped off from 2000AD's Durham Red.

I don't think there is a race to win, both can exist, problem is that right now only the anime sexy designs seem to be made (outside of porn games at least).

Judging from the image i prefer Rayne's look TBH.

Not that i'd mind if there was a game with Durham Red mind you, googling for some images there are some nice designs (though it looks like she went through a ton of alternative designs over the years).

In any case i only used Rayne as an example since the video thumbnail has both the non-anime and the anime versions (and well, i like Rayne's design too).
