Makes sense, Roger is yet another former PC, just like Ruffin, it's just that his game ain't out yet, probably Welsh campaign.
Going for every single ending?
A friend told me one of the DLCs has it. I don't know if it's true, just bought it and haven't got to play it yet. This Game may contain content not appropriate for all ages, or unappropriate for viewing at work (partial nudity, sexual themes)
Boooo I expected porn, what is this bullshit?
If you have a high craftsmanship, why did you not make a custom helmet with decent neck protection?
holy cow how the hell did you get it so high compared to other stats
Ahh, never mind. It did branch back then. Just everything was unfinished. It's also still pretty broken. Playing the game on "normal" to get into it again and I beat that twat that wants your new shiny 2h sword that the monks gift to you for being virtuous (it just took forever - only guy so far that I couldn't beat was Ruffin). Just decapitated the sheriff with it. Would do the same with the wench but I probably have to go for her and torture that poor guy...unless some other woman turns up later? No branching either IIRC.
But I think the first one that was damaged was a shield (which I then replaced) and now it's been the helmet for a long time, in addition to the neck gorget recently.I think damage to 'extra' armour like neck gorgets and mail leggings is permanent.
....no? So apparently you have to do that, for no reason. It would make total sense if repairing a piece took X amount of time but since it doesn't and is instantaneous, I expected it to work like any ARPG. Well, thanks for the hint, lol. You're unequipping them to be repaired, right? I haven't had problems with shields and helmets yet.
Weird. I haven't trained any craftsmanship, so eh.it takes time to do it yourself and doesn't at a blacksmith's
Well, I like swords (would use another weapon in another run though). They are aesthetically pleasing. As for the guy, maybe it's a bug? Visually, it looks like I should be easily able to thrust my sword in his wide-open face, but nope...The only build in this game that really works is a giant 2-handed hammer. Every other neat idea you come up with will eventually get hard-countered by something like you describe, in my experience, because "breaking" enemy armor doesn't actually stop it from negating damage.
