In that alphabet, Henry only needs to know the first letter. What if you are just learning Greek alphabet?:doubt: The evidence points otherwise: https://kingdom-come-deliverance.fandom.com/wiki/Alpha_MaleIt's the Dark Ages. That's no place for a happy ending.
And then we blame developers for dumbing down games so that the player can't die unless he goes afk.So I bought the game. The 1050ti runs well on medium settings. played through the starting area and died during the great escape. Game then CTD on game over screen. There is no save file and I have to start over. Going to see if I can refund it even though I have 116 minutes.
Lucky you.
Back in the day of old-school RPGs we didn't have the option to refund when we forgot to save.
Almost 3/4 complete, also. Still quite a while to wait.Woman's Lot is apparently going to add not just playable Theresa but some new content for Henry, probably also Theresa related, as well as one big feature, but what it is the guy didn't reveal yet.

savvym said:Today’s interview with Ondřej Bittner in Vortex revealed that they have been working on their 4th (last) DLC since summer and is about 70% complete and developers are trying to close it. There will be more than just Theresa’s story and one new big feature, similar as in From the Ashes DLC.
Yep, it should have been out by now but frankly, in the cases of DLC3 and 4, those were very rough estimates. When did we release the roadmap? In march maybe? The design and thus scope in terms of content and features wasn't set in stone until very much later. I know very little about the development of DLC 3 as it didn't concern me at all. However the amount of work needed for DLC4, although partial production started earlier, wasn't assessed until the turn of September/October. Only since then do we have more accurate data to support our estimations and so far we seem to be on track. That said, we still face some challenges so things may get out of hand and that would be a painful bummer.Smejki One gets the impression that these DLCs have taken longer to finish than you originally intended. On the DLC roadmap it looks like A Woman's Lot was supposed to be out around now.
Committing to four DLCs might have been a bit too ambitious (not that I'm complaining).
Balance changes are not exclusive to GOTY edition. We keep doing it all the time. It's an iterative process after all. For example with the update 1.8/1.8.1 (DLC3) came some major rebalance of events. And afaik events should receive some further treatment so that they look and work better. So yeah there will be changes. The extent of these adjustments is some something I am unable to tell.Smejki can you shed some light on this? Are you planning some grand rebalancing action? And when is it likely to happen? With the semi-promised Director's Cut edition?
just delete the mod files and "verify integrity of game files". that should redownload the files you need which will likely be a fraction if anything.Ugh, Steam retardation. It auto-patched KCD to 1.8.1 and my now out-of-date mods must've broken something, so the whole thing just goes black screen on launch.
Gonna have to reinstall everything.
That's a complicated stuff. There are teams working in parallel and for example DLC1 didn't overlap with DLC3 and DLC4 so these projects could share people. And to make matters more chaotic the designers mostly work on everything at the same time. And animators are working on request->deliver basis so they are also on everything. The same with sound department. And QA is testing everything as well. What per cent of the studio working on DLCs?
You can disable automatic updates, you know.Ugh, Steam retardation. It auto-patched KCD to 1.8.1
That's a secret formula, just like Coca-Cola or how Dan manages to be an expert on everything.Complicated stuff indeed, tho what I really asked is roughly what per cent of the studio working on DLCs vs Other Stuff(tm) at any given day? :D

It appears that you are partially correct. There is no such option. You can disable automatic updates, you know.Ugh, Steam retardation. It auto-patched KCD to 1.8.1
I don't think so. If you do, the game won't launch.
Why didn't you save? You get at least three saviour schnapps for free, no need to hoard it.So I bought the game. Hey duders, I'm downloading the game right now and starting a new playthrough with the intent of finishing it this time around (stopped playing shortly after you kill Runt). Are there any must have mods I should look up? I'm a tryhard so shit like (well made!) hardcore mods are welcome.
Yes, in hardcore mode there are no autosaves, in normal mode after completion of every quest (so turning in a quest can save you a schnapps). Personally I think they should've made at least a few checkpoints after some of the long, railroaded, sequences that feature in the beginning and the end of the game. I think a manual save is possible at the point where you have to run from the castle to your horse.I guess Hardcore doesn't do checkpoints?
It appears that you are partially correct. There is no such option.
I checked my other installed games and it's the same. I see I've been out of the loop, since there was once a time when disabling auto-updates was an option. Is this the default way for Steam or is it up to developers to decide?
