I'm sure we're about to discover that even the first Kingdom Come was actually a flaming pile of woke garbage, and that none of you ever played it or used it as a holy relic in your battles.

If you're interested, I've decided to help you out and went back to replay KCD I. And guess what? I found a cutscene there too, with very clear subliminal messages pushing 'wokeness.'

If you slow the scene down enough, you can clearly see a guy shouting 'WOKE.'

I'm suggesting that a lot of this is probably just the internet being the internet. People rightly laugh at games journalists, but apparently some will also buy a tweet from an alleged Arab game journo of all people, saying there's an unskippable arse fun cutscene in KCD2. Aside from that I can't see official confirmation the government has banned it?

I honestly can't remember the last time I saw an unskippable cut scene.

With all that said, if it's true then Warhorse are fucking retarded and deserve the opprobrium.

Vavra keeping mum about it and using the N word is adding fuel to those fires. If the relevant content is in the portions of the game open to the reviewers, they aren't talking either. Given the crash and burning of other recent launches, it is reasonable to be suspicious.

Just about everyone did. Read primary sources rather than sanitized tertiaries and you'll quickly understand that at least male-on-male rape has been quite common all throughout western history. If anything, we've gotten much more enlightened in the modern era about only buttfucking one another socially, rather than as a weird hierarchal punishment or act of brutality in war.

Vávra has jewish ancestry and is famously short-tempered, there's very little antisemitism in Czechia (because there are very few jews, almost nobody gives a shit) and we are historically strongly pro-Israeli. There is absolutely nothing shocking or unexpected here.

Frankly, it is hard not to see the amount of concerning information keep piling up, misinformation or not. It would certainly help if we had clarifications from the official source. And by that I don't even mean Vavra, but anyone from the developer team.
