A lot of it is p. goofy which makes it feel authentic and full of life. Fantasy shit eschews goofiness, devs always try to make it as cool as possible, which makes it bland and boring.

Afaik full horse armor was not only very rare and expensive but also came along quite a bit later than 1403.

It'd be a shame not seeing any protective pieces on horses tho.

Well IGN said in their early preview the game is very stable and much more performant than even KCD1 today. No doubt there will be some bugs and as per usual retards playing on vegetables will cry on Steam the game is crashing but this is gonna be a much better release than KCD1, that much is already clear.
