It's not even just about save scumming anyways, but never mind. Such simple design concepts are beyond the comprehension of the average plebian :smug:

Warhorse had better apologise to the whiny cucks for "limiting and punishing them". I guess they're just sadists.:positive:

Great news! We have updated our backer rewards page with information regarding digital and physical rewards, along with the console versions. Please remember that in order to get your copy of the game, you will need to login to your profile (on our website) and connect it to your Steam account.
Am I blind? Where, once logged in on their website, do I "connect it to your Steam account"? They make it sound like it should be possible at this point.

I too noticed that a lot of the UI elements have clearly been influenced by Oblivion in some way. The tabs, icons and layout of weight/value/durability is really similar.

Because it's a fucking spreadsheet and an insult to our intelligence.
Kingdom Come inventory screen looks like a spreadsheet to you? And then you cite Morrowind as a good example of something that isn't a spreadsheet?
wow dude. Give me some of those shit stained glasses 'cause I wanna be as blind as you are.

Taking your post a little bit more seriously - you are comparing different screens.

KCD's screenshot is of the shop keeper interface.
You posted a screenshot of Morrowind's map, character sheet, skills panel and character inventory, and of Wizardry 8's inventory.

Let's assume however that the KCD screenshot is the exact same thing for the inventory and compare it to Wizardry 8.

Party items
Not applicable. KCD is not a party based game.
Carried
Presented as a list with stats instead of simple icons w/ inspect button
Character Stats
Moved to the lower right
Character Doll w/ equipable slots
On the right
Character Skills
On the lower right
Character Statistics
On the lower right
Spells
Not applicable.

They seem pretty similar to me. KCD's panel could have its font reduced a little bit but I see no issue with it.

And thus, a [more or less] civilized discussion became a shitfest.

Oh Codex, oh Codex! :hero:

Enjoy the Revolution! Another revolution around the sun that is.

Plus it's a shot from 3 years old alpha.

Today it's quite a bit more polished but I gotta admit...when I first saw it I also thought "somebody at Warhorse really love the Oblivion UI" :D But the inspiration is just vague, I actually like the KCD UI a lot.

Couple of takeaways from this video:

Story faggotry (ayy).
You have the option to avoid combat if you want to (except for a few key plot moments)
Multiple solutions to quests, no hand holding (according to this guy anyway).
Choice and consequences (you can miss parts of the game according to your choices).
Muh foliage.
LARPing (food, drinking, pissing etc).
Damage types.
Weapon degradation.
Minigames.
Alcoholism instead of magic.

Has DU opened the site for children or what is going on here lately??

Yeah I do know what a spreadsheet is. They don't often have icons, for one. But your hateboner is probably covering your whole screen at the moment. Watch you don't collapse under its weight.

LOOOOOOOOL so if I make a spreadsheet with icons in one column it is no longer a spreadsheet?:lol::lol::lol: Are you a kid with learning difficulties or just think you can win any argument if you try hard enough?

Is this an argument? I thought you were just shitting up the thread. I'm sorry. But where are your arguments then? I must have missed them.
