Apparently I'm now going to be served with a DMCA notice by killerbob. Last I checked there is no copyright issue here. You gotta love the comedy coming out of these guys. First I'm accused of identity theft, now I'm accused of copyright infringement even though there are no copyrights in play.

I wonder whether or not they've considered the following facts:

1) The Digital Millennium Copyright Act is a US law (albeit a poorly considered one). The server and it's owner, killerbob are located in Canada. They have no rights under which to make a claim.

2) Filling a claim of some sort that results in action being taken against me in an instance in which they have neither evidence to back up their case nor do they have any actual proof of their claims, would likely leave at least a few legal conduits open by which I could return the favor.

As best as I can tell, 10 of the 26 got the axe. I guess Darth Windu kissed a lot of ass because he managed to keep his position. I already have. It took about 4h between him posting it on TPB and me finding out, and they were served less than 2h later.
