This is great. Darth would you mind telling everybody here what my/the leaker's alleged crime was? Here are the facts:
1) There is no copyright on this download, at least not owned by any of you on or associated with TG.
2) There was no possibility of revenue lost since it is was to be a free download when "completed".
Now here is what the leaker has said regarding the leak:
3) Somewhere down the line there is rumored to be at least one beta tester identified as the source.
If number 3 is true, all bets are off my friend. If somebody from your team gave out the address or whatever credentials might've been required to download it, then somebody from TG essentially provided permission. So unless the leaker has been lying to us, there has been no crime here. Perhaps the beta tester allegedly responsible committed a crime, but given the highly informal nature of your association, I doubt that as well. More than likely nobody ever signed anything regarding their commitment or what they were supposed to do or not do. On top of all this, while you continue to point the finger at me do try to recall that while I am obviously in the United States, the server in question is in Canada. So on top of an already impossible argument, you now have to contend with the fact that it is an international issue.
Free free to take another hit and elaborate though. Be sure to tell us about all the rabbits too. Or you could just let it go. There is nothing to be gained from getting your panties in a wad about something you've apparently dreamed up.
