This was never about fixing a broken game or letting the fans play it as it was always intended to be played. It was about some pimply lonesome manchildren hungry for attention, unable to swing a mopstick for it, and thus constructing a project that did a better job of proving Zeno's Paradox of Motion than proving they could fix the game.
What possible justification could the leak provide for not finishing the game? Why leave the game unfinished and the public denied the full experience they promised simply because of one bad actor? IT makes no sense. It's just an excuse.
In fact, a lot of people think that it's possible TG leaked this themselves, knowing they were too lazy to ever finish the project, ashamed of how mediocre it was as it stood, and eager to find a way to show off their meager achievements yet escape from the task of finishing the job. In that sense, stopping the project is like lifting sanctions on North Korea; it's the best a loser can do to salvage the shambles of his work.

For those supporting him - well thats just charming. The team works for YEARS to give you all a FREE mod that they CHOSE to do in their spare time, and all you can do is champion a an impatient thief? That's nice, really nice.

The team works for about 500 man hours spread over 20 people to get lots of attention and give nothing back, and all you can do is champion the person who returned that attention by delivering what was promised? That's nice, really nice.
Oh, much, much more serious. This was a crime against humanity!Darth Windu said:I never claimed, at any time, that he had violated copyright laws. This is much more serious.
Last I checked, most transactions aren't the result of one party compelling the other to do something. There wasn't force involved. TG said, "If you grovel at our feet, we will give you a mod." People groveled. The mod was not given. That's commonly called fraud. And it is a crime. As for the team - did anyone force them to restore this content? Did anyone force people to follow the project? Did anyone force you to pay attention? No.

Please provide for us the quote, from a TG member, demanding that people grovel and that they would be rewarded with a mod.WanderingThrough2 said:Last I checked, most transactions aren't the result of one party compelling the other to do something. Wow, gosh that MUST mean they want everyone to grovel for themThis is simply an announcement of a work in progress in order to inform others who may be interested in the project.
