You're doing it wrong. There needs to be either a web, an energy wall, a stinking cloud, or any other negative area effect on both the southern and the northern passage. If you haven't put any such measures there, you're not gonna win this one. The fact that the enemies start in their rooms and once the surprise round is over are stuck in the hallways is to your advantage. Pin them in there.
Kek. I think I hit a brick wall here. Been stuck on this encounter for the last couple of hours. Hmm, I might restart with a different party.
