Let's talk about Lacrymas' homebrew fantasy setting where paladins are eunuchs

That's why I mentioned in the beginning that you can do whatever you want, as long as you aren't caught. There aren't really nobles in my setting, though, so nobody is "above the law" in that sense. That said, however, this doesn't mean everyone outside of the authorities is going to be ok with your deviancy, quite the contrary. These rules are also culturally reinforced and maintained.

There's no nobility "caste" let's say, but there are no castes either way. Since it's a theocracy, there are no dukes, princes, kings, or any of that sort to control land, that's why there's no nobility like you'd find in a feudal system. There's corrupt clergy obviously, but I'd like to get away from the cliche of the "debauched upper classes" which get away with obvious crimes because they are upper class. We'll see, though, since the setting is still in its infancy.

I was toying with the idea of no sex being allowed outside of special chambers within the churches when I was first conceiving this setting, but I figured it would be ridiculously hard to stop people from having sex, so I changed it to the current system of authorizing babies.

D&D has a lot of setting on it. Eberron and Dark Sun settings are both D&D settings but extremely different. And BTW, both settings are far better than this socialist theocracy proposed by Lacrymas.

The metaplot of D&D is dead since the second half of 3e. The worst thing that WotC can make is release a Dark Sun campaign setting for 5e.

He went all out on that one, too, IIRC. The fortune teller had Conan fuck her hard, and she was still naked and wet when the minions came. She just stood up and told them to get on with it. Other than that it was not too memorable.

Red Sonja might have made a cameo, or I might have mixed that up with another novel in his pirate phase.
