Mana generation tied to ovulation cycle, allowing them to become a living thermonuclear bomb when menstruation hits, unless the reserves were poisoned by the touch of male mana. Alternately, getting pregnant in order to get a living mana battery, draining the embryo's life force to power spells. The possibilities are endless...

And wizards who are desperate to both have their power and keep their libido intact provide an infinite number of quest hooks.

No, she's the only prophetess due to possessing an artifact that allows her to see up to 30 minutes or an hour into the future and can attempt to change the outcome if she's sly or skillful enough. She can only do this once per a set amount of time. I haven't decided how much time she can see or how long the "cool down" is going to be, but the idea is that she can change combat outcomes or help her in political situations. There are two of these artifacts in existence and if an adventuring party can get their hands on one of them it's essentially a built-in save feature to allow them to replay a combat encounter if they don't like the result the first time. There's a cool down so it doesn't make either the party or the prophetess immortal. "High" just denotes she's a member of the ecclesiarchy representing her faction (church of the sun in her case).
