Well, the most hateful of the hate stuff will be white. Shame, innit?
Blue hate is rather timid with the current cardpool imo, and black has fewer "just fuck you and the horse you rode on" cards that you'd expect.
Though the two curses from Amununu should be at least worthy of consideration. Slap a bunch of trespassers, bounce all their shit with Whelming Wave and let them have fun replaying.
So, a few artifacts for your consideration:
Depending on your needs, Tormod's Crypt may be much faster than Narset for graveyard hate. Other possible choices for this role like Sentinel Totem, Scribbling Claws, Silent Gravestone and Soul-Guide Lantern. I think you should be fine with Grafdigger and Lantern / Crypt.
Damping Sphere is uncommon and a very specific piece of hate. Mostly hits stuff that plays many cheap things each turn but can also slow down certain types of ramp. God-Pharaoh's Statue is a bit more effective, but also costs a lot more.
Ratchet Bomb clears tokens of all kinds rather nicely. Also a great utility vs. low curve decks. In a similar vein, Perilous Vault is the Larry Nevin's Disk we get, but it's rather slow.
Sparkhunter Masticore is 'wanker hate, although it's rather weak. Just use Immoral Sun.
Bojuka Bog can be interesting with land tutors, as cheap and uncounterable as graveyard hate goes.
In blue, you have Crafty Cutpurse is there pretty much for one thing only - to turn a scapeshift into a gg wp.
If you're going UB in historic, you should probably consider adding red. Plenty of legitimate hate options there.
For starters, you get a bunch of nonbasic land hate - Alpine Moon, Blood Sun.
Blazing Volley can solve the "too many 1/1s on the field" problem
Harsh Mentor and Immolation Shaman hit a very narrow set of things, may become more interesting as the format develops.
Tibalt and Rampaging Ferocidon hate on lifegain.
You also have Shatterstorm to deal with artifact overpopulation, there's also a similar card destroying X artifacts.
Storm's Wrath and Hour of Devastation can help deal with 'wanker spam.
Form of the Dinosaur is a bit of a risky gimmick, but it stabilizes your life total (not an easy thing to achieve in UBR) and acts as removal every turn.
