They're selling one for £8.95 right now. That is absurdly cheap. I bought one for a lot more, but I got it a couple of hours after purchasing and Paypal haven't even taken money off me yet.
I can recommend that seller, he's the one I bougth the Witcher 3 coupon from, without a problem.

"According to Stefanie though, Quiet is definitely a female, while Chico is a male."
Yeah, that's what libruls actually believe. Once you gender swap, you're 100% female. That's PC talk, Quiet is Chico, you'll see.

I put in a claim with Ebay to get my money back from G2A. They have been stone walling me for 3 days straight now with no replies to anything. Meanwhile cheap Nvidia keys are being sold left and right with none of the issues I faced. :negative:

Nope. Hell no. I won't settle for anything less than a direct steam code.

I would only contemplate going for an Nvidia code again if I just had a damn clue as to what the hell went wrong the first time.

But speaking of codes. Has anyone purchased a key for G2A's main site? I want to know if they are steam or Nvidia codes.

I'm pretty sure all they have is Nvidia codes since there's no retail version.

Don't bother with G2A ever again. I bought IL-2 Sturmovik: Cliffs of Dover a few weeks ago, their product page said it contains 5 language versions including English and Polish, but all i got was the RU version. The game activated as "Cliffs of Dover (RU retail)". I sent them a screenshot and explained the issue, they told me i must be doing something wrong since it obviously is a "global" version just like their store page said, and the seller "knows his keys". That's it. It cost me mere 4 dollars, and eventually i found a way to run the game in English with a .dll i found somwhere in the net, but this kind of shit is unacceptable. They even deleted my negative rating and comment, so the guy still has a 100% legit rating. Fuck them.

Did you pay through paypal? Just issue a claim, they will hopefully refund your loss.

And like a bolt from the blue at 2:42 AM in the morning and 2 hours after asking for my money back I got a message from Nvidia. After closing my support ticket a few days ago I get an update.

Thanks for your patience,

The code has been reset, and is currently active, Please try redeeming the code again and let us know the status.

Code worked first time without issues.

:yeah:

Should I be worried that Konami moved up the PC release? One can only hope its as optimized as GZ, but they had way more time to work on that.

It could have something to do with the MGO delay. My guess is, the PC delay was due to the PC version of MGO having problems behind the scenes, and Konami wanted a simultaneous release for TPP and MGO on each platform. But now that MGO is getting delayed by months anyway across all platforms, they can just release TPP at the same time on all of them. No way to know for sure though, if you plan to get it for PC I'd wait until after release.

It's the exact same engine (GZ was supposed to be the prologue of TPP, but Konami was upset about the budget and forced Kojima to turn it into a separate product) I don't think there's any need to worry about optimization. The only worry is if KojiPro actually had the time to put on as much polish as they wanted to, but I'm very confident we're getting a game that's extremely close to their vision.

Blurgh, £29. Will keep an eye on it though, thanks.

So where can I get a cheap PS4 in Europe? They're all like 400 EUR in Germanistan. I'd pay 300, at best.

Just wait a bit longer, unless you're in a hurry. I don't really see the point of buying a PS4 right now -- not until it has more games to care about (such as Nier2 or even FF XV).

It has all the games I care about! MGS 5, the new Del Toro/Kojima game, NieR 2, FF XV, The Last Guardian, Persona 5... then again, I don't even have a TV atm so I think I'll wait.

Just get the game on PC - it looks a bit better, loads faster, and as I explained earlier in this thread, you can buy codes for TPP on ebay as cheap as $15-25
