You will be able to change by which side of the weapon you attack with.

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Which QoL/rebalance mod would you recommend with the latest version? I was looking forward to the improved sieges over Warband, but mods seem much harder to work with(I tried some naive Steam mod list and the game crashed before launch).

Also, what is your opinion of the RBM (realistic battle mod) for those who used it? I heard the nerf to armour damage was a bit over the top, but I disliked armour helping so little in vanilla.
Are there mods that make the combat actually less "floaty"? The stances, parry and everything foot combat feel off (I'd say Gothic 1/2 had a much better feel to it when it came to timing and distance).

The cinematic combat mod seems to add masterstrikes as in KCD, but I was not very convinced there (as they were more annoying than anything else).
I would gladly test these myself if I was able to make all these mods work together. :negative:

It is over the top if you use default troop trees. With DRM it's fine IMO. Be prepared to suffer on low levels though.

The game seems to have finally shaped up nicely.
But how the fuck do I make money now? Even smithing seems to be nerfed somewhat. How the fuck am I supposed to upkeep an army when all my stuff makes like 500 denars combined?

Loot from defeating enemy lord parties. Items are wildly overpriced so every decent piece of gear you loot will be worth hundreds if not thousands of gold.

None of the economic mechanics work, looting after fights is the only source of income before you become a landed lord. At the very beginning, quests and tournaments also pay okay. If push comes to shove, you can savescum a tournament until you win.

I noticed there are these new quests that have you track down conspirators, those give plenty of money from all the loot.
Its sad that you still can't larp as a merchant though.

They desperately need a Napoleonic wars DLC for this game. Warband civil war mod and Zulu war mod went so hard. Cannot expect Turks to ever deliver though.

Yeah, After trying out Warband mods that had gunpowder weapons, coming back to more primitive worlds never felt right.

They delivered before and they are perfectly capable of doing so again. They just don't give a shit.

Hey bro there's a bunch of conspirators in a hideout over there, go kill them.
Oh, someone else already cleared the hideout? Well too bad, Quest failed.
