To the best of my knowledge, this is from one of Dylan Rider's pornographic videos. I do not know who Dylan Rider is (or anything porn industry related), but the best of my Google-fu managed to uncover that this footage may be from one of this so-called Dylan Rider's films.

For a time, I was obsessed with this GIF, and wanted to know everything about it. Who makes an expression like that? He and the CityTV black kid remain my two favourite reaction GIFs ever. I have reverse image searched the two extensively to find everything I can about them.
