Reading through the Dev Tracker, it seems that the stat curve changes aren't yet present at all on Preview. But two important things to note from what Crush has said about them over the last couple of days:
- The stat curve is 400 points = 1% of whatever the stat does. Not sure what this means overall, but it seems that minmaxing is needed even for slight effect. At least the notion that even if a new gear set would be 2000 points total above old T2 sets, theoretically it should only amount to 5% more power if everything is optimally concentrated.
- GWF is getting a general 20% increase in all weapon damage.
Besides that, at least on dev posts to players it seems their plan with increasing crafting level count is to revamp gear crafting to work like Jewcrafting, with Alchemy being an alternate source of some sort of new Elemental materials. Nothing on the real deal tho, the fate of potatofarming (EDIT: Tho personally I think it'll remain unchanged or slightly easier, because I'm fairly sure expensive Zen is what they consider to be in their interest).
