I need a critic to explain why the Sistine Chapel cannot be improved by the same treatment as Dresden Frauenkirche.

The very idea of putting seminal works of arts (especially if in different expressive forms) in a competition against each other to decide which one scores higher is... Not particularly brilliant or useful.
That's exactly what I was thinking: the turn-based one is obviously better!

I did it! Omg I did it! After an hour of reloading and revising the strategies. Me 12th level having only two negative-level wards for the whole party. Them,
5x 15th level death demons, now just a black, stinking smear on the floor of the most putrid part of Vordakai's Tomb. Not a single negative level taken, the 40k gems are mine. Wow. Just wow. I didn't think it was possible.
The Outflank on the archer actually does work. I didn't know for sure. And it did helluva lot of help in this fight. Two melee characters flanking the enemy with the same feat get a free attack of opportunity once a critical from the bow happens.

You also get a cool passive too. Should have made the deal with demons instead of killing them. The evil passive is nice to have.
Me not - not too good. Were I something like Octavia, I'd probably laugh and tell him we rid the world of the evil while also packing our pockets and not even messing our hair.
The only other option I saw
had been to offer the blood to the statue. But nothing has happened after that. Was that part of the deal you are talking about?
It's been a while since I last played. But I think after you offer blood. A demon is supposed to spawn. Which then gives you a blessing. You're supposed to have sacrificed your blood in the other altars too.
Hmm, I can't say for sure. I don't think it's a spoiler to say when you offer blood, some demons appear as if from a distance trying to touch you, but they can't. And then they're gone. But I was wondering what it was all about. Also there are some more pedestals like this throughout the dungeon, clearly visible. Maybe if you activate all? I've activated only some of them I think.
I didn't say *I* made any deals with such despicable beings. Monks are lawful good - not evil. I'm just saying that there's another option besides slaying them.
We had this theory about a Lawful Chaotic alignment here some time ago... I will keep an eye on you and your Order -.-

If evil wants to help me fight evil they're more than welcome to, whether it's Lamashtu or some Thanadaemons. Oft evil will shall evil mar.
It's fun to fight that room - once - but yeah you're better off taking the Blessing and Robes. 50k is soon nothing moneywise and the EXP isn't that great either.

Here's where the edge is:
The allies' treatment of Dresden was the opposite of art. Likewise Tokyo. Nagasaki and Hiroshima were the principal centers of Japanese Christianity. Niggaz let rivalry get existential (as happened in the previous Thirty Years War) and demonic CE broke loose upon the world.
That said the above photograph of the remains is great art in it's own right.
