Nah, chapter 5 quests triggering right after Vordakai for a reason.but it looks like chapter 5 is triggered too soon
I am starting to think I took a wrong turn.
I go to Oleg's, they tell me to follow the bandits. On the way, an old man tells me that Tartruffleo is in a tomb nearby. Okay, whatever- I go to the bandits and get an update, "Hell no, Tartuccle is probably long gone now!" Of course, not wanting to miss out, I reloaded and went to the tomb instead, thn chased after the gnome. I ended up in some forest where I tried to rest, but a spooky skull annihilated me, after a shambling mound annihilated me, which was right after some bandits with their necromancer annihilated me. Fortunately, I found some safety in the nearby kobold mines. Unfortunately they are full of spiders, which annihilate me.
Is it normal that you are meant to avoid like half the fights? Because the mines right now are like "Uh oh, there's murder skeletons in that corner, avoid. Oh, this corner? Gigantic centipedes, avoid. That corner? Massive spiders, maybe come back later."
Hopefully reaching level three will make us a little tougher. I wish we could rest but when I tried, I was interrupted while hunting three times in a row until the onslaught of lizards and wolves destroyed us completely.

Oh web & entangle combo takes care of that guy + his minions can get in his way so you have more than enough time to pelt him with octavia's rays and some Bam Bam arrows. Also, iirc delay poison helps with stinking cloud. Obviously if you engage him in melee, no matter how tanky you are he'll rape you. And ofc he will one-hit AmiriHargulka has permanent Free Action, he ignores web and slow.

If you do his quest before barbarians - barbarian quest changes. It's same thing like with Tartuccio or bandits.Something happened during Vordakai fight, no?Nah, chapter 5 quests triggering right after Vordakai for a reason.but it looks like chapter 5 is triggered too soon

I already did Tristian's quest. But chapter 5 is not about Tristian - that's a companion quest - while the main one is Armag against Restov (twice born something)
These two quests are triggered at the same time and it gives the impression that the Restov's one is urgent but it's not.
How?Not at such early levels. Armag comes to mind, he will land Crits for 100+ damage even if you have 6 gorillion AC

First comes Justinian, Paladin, the Party Leader, Glaive Wielder, Two-Handed diplomat.

Better to solve the the Tomb and the Betrayer's ASAP, you're gonna get a lot of free time afterwards, before the next round.Something happened during Vordakai fight, no?Nah, chapter 5 quests triggering right after Vordakai for a reason.but it looks like chapter 5 is triggered too soon

I'm thinking about doing Armag's Tomb (doing the project RN) and leaving Betrayer's Flight for afterwards, estending as much as I can, is that viable? Shadenuat
Guess I fucked up and should have delayed before going to the tomb for a while.
Aye, the one in the Chapel. It lets you cast a mass Greater Heroism that lasts almost a day for free :D Pure damage wise the +5 greatsword is better though, simply because the +2d6 of damage is rolled separately and thus counts stuff like sneak attack and Smite Evil damage bonus twice per hitSmart choice. The most powerful weapon I've found so far is a +5 Glaive that deals 2d6 Sonic damage on hit and let's you cast a 9th-level spell as a 17th level Wizard once a day. I found it as a (probably) random piece of loot in one of the dungeons in the Pitax area.
BasicallyPlease spoiler me.
The 'offer' button gets rid of worthless junk at shops, as far as I can tell.Am I supposed to hold onto those ancient coins and shit, the stuff where it says "a collector might pay for this" or "someone interested in antiquities might pay for this"? Or is it just meant as flavor and I can vendor it?
Keep those, eventually an elf in your capital will give you cash and exp for themThe 'offer' button gets rid of worthless junk at shops, as far as I can tell.Am I supposed to hold onto those ancient coins and shit, the stuff where it says "a collector might pay for this" or "someone interested in antiquities might pay for this"? PS. As for reading item descriptions, my druid has 7 intelligence, he doesn't know how to read. He doesn't even know how to speak; Ms. Piggy is actually a ventriloquist.
