Finally got my first romance lovetalk!
With Sosiel!
His quest and character is so half assed, imagine Anomen but gayer.
Some questions
1) How to open magic door during Kamelia quest on 2d floor? I tried dispel magic etc
2) Where is Storyteller in Chapter 2?
I also want to congratulate all of us, cause we will have to fight every army on the map.
Because you get from them powerful loot and you have no money. (at level 6 I wasted all of mine on one weapon from trader, and I have a total of 1 belt of +2 dex and one band +2 cha so far for whole party to wear in terms of stat enhancing equipment. that was more than 20k + I tried crafting items but they're bugged for me I think. no way I could afford 57k +3 acid sword.)
I highly recommend playing Haplo or two due to all the waves of enemies you have to deal with. Anything aoe and self sustainable is nice due to how game structures itself around making difficult to set up buffs all the time. On the other hand, I see no obvious problems with rest. You can return to tavern in 1st part and your warcamp moves together with you in 2d part. I generally try to rest to proc companion dialogue for the most part.
An alternative would be single class arcane caster, and, interestingly enough, I think spontaneous casters lose in this one due to perks that massively increase your spellbook. On level 6, SPERGIRL can cast 8 third level spells with a mythic perk. Sure, spontaneous caster can too, but they will be limited to their 1-3 spells. With so many spell slots, traditional casters can spam spells and carry some extra no problem. You may want all the dc/dmg feat of course but I feel like focusing on pure damag early game will just make you run out too quickly, while with extra spell slots you can easily support party non stop - don't forget to grab Extend rod.
The other meta option would be a single class combat Bard of your preference, because game does not give you one.
The clerics, heals, debuffs, support and various semi-support hybrids are all taken by the party anyway.
Well that's early game anyway. But we know from first game what early game can look like after they figure out all their difficult modes
Heads up: turn based mode is bugged at parts, in particular don't turn it on during fight with dwarf loving demoness.
Then again better just not turn it on ever, unless you want to stare at many, many cultists for many hours
