Well those blow (maybe, we'll see). On the other hand this is unreal:

Also have yet to find anything extra special with Perception 1.

Evil doesn’t hope.

Reg is True Neutral, as is all nobility.

Why imprison when you can wipe out? And if you cannot wipe out - well, this is the field of research and development one needs to put all the effort to.

What power would Hell have if those there imprisoned were not able to dream of Heaven?

That is the only power it does have (this is touched on in Aru’s quest). The door to Hell is famously locked from the inside.

In other news looks like Trickster Mythic Perception isn't in game yet. Oh nothing, just spent four nights getting there. Here's a tip: if it's not ready, don't put it in yet. Crazy, I know.
If you mean the special trickster feat list it should be in since it was in during beta1. Its the improved critical improved line of feats + feats for attribute bonuses.

Any idea what Greater Perception (third level one) does?

I'm re-installing as Lann advised because game was more or less falling apart.

Contrast of Lann’s family quest with Eder’s from Deadfire couldn’t be starker. Can’t believe how much Soyer shit the bed on that one.

Doesn't seem to exist.
>Persuasion 3 rank
You are so good at demoralizing your enemies that they lose the will to live. Enemies that fail their saving throw against your demoralize ability must spend their first making a Coup de Grace against themselves.

>Mobility 3 Rank
Instead of avoiding just}attacks of opportunity, you can now avoid normal {g|Encyclopedia:Attack}attacks{/g} too. Every time you are hit by an attack you can attempt a mobility check with a -10 penalty. If the result is higher than the attacker's result, the attack misses

>Lore (Religion) 3 rank
You now know enough about religion to start your own. You can select two additional domains.

>Knowledge (World) 3 rank
You now know that whole world is just a game. But that is ultimately in your favor, because you are good at games, and at changing rules in your favor. You and members of your party can now ignore requirements of }feats when leveling up

> Athletics 3 Rank
You know what? If you are strong, there is little difference between anything and anything else. If you fail any d20 check, you can attempt an Athletics skill check instead. The DC of this check is equal to original DC + 25. If you succeed on this check, you also succeed on the original check.

>Stealth 3 rank
You exceed at stealth so much that you can avoid spells targeting you. You gain {spell resistance equal to your Stealth bonus – 10.

>Trickery 3 rank
Living creatures are also just complex devices and can also be easily disabled. You can try to disable them, forcing them to make a Fortitude saving throw DC 15 + your ranks in . If the target fails it, it dies.

These are the datamined ones I saw. Makes sense there'd be fewer rank 3s though.

Not really. More replayability if they each have a final version. Persuasion of course flat broken unless Fear-immunity cancels it and even then pretty crazy.

Knowledge (World) is best designed on all three levels so will probably go Student of War Trickster for first playthrough. Master of All is great fun but overkill.

I want to get back to Angel Divine Nuker. Not sure if Cleric (Angelfire or Crusader) really gets there. Love how many casts Abundant Oracle gets.

Should I go Purifier or Seeker? Does Angel Spellbook merge with Oracle? Use CHR?

They should make Regill’s Wolf/HH a mount that he can ride since he’s Small.

That would probably solve the whole Hellknight sucking problem.

On a stylistic note, the voice acting is all over the place. I'm especially disappointed with Minagho. The writing for her dialogue is amazing, especially around the interaction between her and Staunton. Before the character was voice acted, my imagination had her ranging from an almost campy, sing-song patrician housewife as she flirted, but descending into hate filled demonic, as she lets the veil drop. Instead she comes across as a two-bit camgirl.

Has anyone here tried building an Oracle? What is the best Mystery (and the best Curse) if I want a battlefield controlling/damage dealing backline caster?

Just trying to figure that out myself right now. They’re all so bad compared to Battle tho.

Life gives Channeling and Nature a Pet. Stone has a thing that gets you to Greater Trip without prereqs but everything else seems pretty meh.

I think you want Seeker for the three Caster Feats so you can pick up Mythic Spell Focus and Spell Pen.

I just wish that the game had a better AI. Ideally, mobs would have distinct behaviors based on his intelligence.

  • MINDLESS -> This creatures just walk and try to hit PC's. If you cast 666 maximized/empowered Sirrocos in a area, they just walk in that area. Eg - Zombies/Skeletons
  • BESTIAL -> Avoid "death zones", but still is engaged on "kill, kill, kill", most beasts with bellow 3 INT like Dire wolves are in that category.
  • NORMAL -> Try to flank, fight in cover, prioritize divine and arcane casters eg -> bandits, and creatures with human like intelligence like ghouls(13 INT)
  • GENIUS -> Obviously, no computer can act as a genius mastermind. But at least try. The computer can have a lot of "ifs" to counter spell, and deal with the most commonly used PC tactics. Eg - A Lich with 22 INT
For example, imagine that the PC is casting Sirroco, a mindless creature will act like every mob already act. A bestial creature will be easily hit but if make the save, try to escape and "flank". a "normal" creature would see that a spell is being cast and try to interrupt with a crossbow, throwing a spear, or etc. A lich would for example, cast dimensional door and move him out or his minions directly into the caster. In fact, he would have probably already have casted fire resist and freedom of movement on his most important minions. Since PC's can pre buff, highly intelligent casters should start the encounters with pre buffs too.
