Quivering Palm needs a successful normal attack to be effective. It's an attack modification, if the monk can't penetrate armor with the force of the blow, it can't transmit the lethal vibrations to the enemy's body. The quivering effect itself should not target armor.

A monk variation that could make some number of ethereal unarmed attacks per day would be cool, however.

Pathfinder: Wrath I'm very into cock and ball torture
Looks like the kitsune are going to win after all. Shame.
We did our best, that's what matters.

I'm just curious about how they are going to put some kitsune npcs in the game. Do they have various alternative for each race already planned out? Do they designed a fixed set of race-agnostic npcs and put them in the game just to set their race afterwards? Were they already 100% sure that foxes were going to win, so they already designed npcs with that in mind?

Hey, at least we are going to be able to cut some tails! And if we won't because there aren't going to be kitsune npcs in the game, even better. After all, there was no aasimar companion in Kingmaker, but we got a tiefling one with a dlc... so the rats hope remains alive!

I'd buy a DLC with ratfolk in it. And yeah, it doesn't matter what race most NPCs are, so why not race-agnostic NPCs.

Tieflings weren't even an option in Kingmaker's race poll and some people on the Discord are still salty about that. So I doubt they will add them later.

Kitsunes have at least interesting abilities?
  • Change Shape (Su) A kitsune can assume the appearance of a specific single human form of the same sex. The kitsune always takes this specific form when she uses this ability. A kitsune in human form cannot use her bite attack, but gains a +10 racial bonus on Disguise checks made to appear human. Changing shape is a standard action. This ability otherwise functions as alter self, except that the kitsune does not adjust her ability scores and can remain in this form indefinitely.
  • Kitsune Magic (Ex/Sp): Kitsune add +1 to the DC of any saving throws against enchantment spells that they cast. Kitsune with a Charisma score of 11 or higher gain the following spell-like ability: 3/day—dancing lights (caster level equals the kitsune’s level).
Offense Racial Traits: Natural Weapons (Ex) In her natural form, a kitsune has a bite attack that deals 1d4 points of damage.
Senses Racial Traits: Low-Light Vision: Kitsune can see twice as far as humans in conditions of dim light.

Yes, the demon hordes will shit themselves once they find out that the leader of the Crusade is a two-legged fox only pretending to be human.;)
Still, they really are a good race if you want to play a sorcerer with their enchantment bonus

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
What's all of this talk about furries? Are they adding this stuff as playable races instead of traditional stuff like vampirism, lycanthropy, demonic possession, etc?.
