It's actually sad that the current situation created a sort of mental allodynia with regards to SJW / "bigoted" etc content. If people read / watch the books/ movies from 80-ies or 90-ies, I'm pretty sure more than half of them would be considered "too woke" / "too bigoted" because people trained themselves to tack on the various "dogwhistles" / cues and can't fathom that 99% of the populace does not care about their particular cultural shtick and so on. That's how we get various jewish organisations in Germany blaming Rammstein for "antisemitism" in Deutschland (while in fact it's very conciliatory song about "history as-is") and people chasing ghosts of chauvinist male pigs/ SJWs in the games.

Yeah people assume that the game sold well because it is a good game,but the rise of sales was because kingmaker is a good game. Same as PoE,people bought it because they expected quality like bg2 or torment,then they didn't buy PoE2 because the first one didn't live up to their expectations. Apparently building there's a bug with the training centers (for Crusade mode) - it messes up the damage calculation (reduces your damage to 10% instead of providing 110%).

Yes, and the only unavoidable gay content in the game is Irabeth and Anevia (I think?). Wow. That puts it in line with Phantasmagoria 2, a game from 1996.

And it is the worst by far,i want to get rid of them and put some competent commanders,but nah it have to be pushed in your face. Kingmaker's council thing was a lot better than this shit for sure. At least you could get rid of retards and elect whoever you want.

There was a bug where archers would trigger AoO's wether it was your turn or not. You just had to stay next to them. They fixed it.

These Owlcat coders fix the fun bugs, but they keep all the shit ones in. It's like Dark Souls, but Russian.

Jesus. Crusade mode feels all sorts of fucky. Been enjoying the game fairly well until I started fucking around with crusade, but god damn. Kingdom management in Kingmaker felt better because even though it never really equated to in-game locations you could wander around in, it was fairly painless and abstract. Discount HoMM sounds in theory like it should be more fun, but it seems like it's either poorly documented or some sorta fuckery going on. Seems like getting resources/dudes requires sitting around with your thumb up your ass which is relatively normal for HoMM, but this also has negative morale if you aren't moving, and your stacks are far more limited unless your generals level up and they only level up via combat. The enemy force indicator doesn't match up well with reality either. Then you hit a block in the road to go crush a bug and despite heading directly toward the bug and ignoring all treasure your army takes significant casualties and -50 morale which is roughly 25 days of jerking off in camp to recover from.

On the bright side at least it looks like today's patch makes it so all my spellcasters lose their auto-attack cantrip orders every time I save so my wizard and thief charge into melee to rip and tear some demons almost every goddamn fight.

If I click the split it brings up an army that I don’t have which is crusader army IV? Even though I only have crusader army 1/2/3 there all on top of each other so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Am I fucked here or can I get around it somehow? I can’t join my armies together.

Saving and quitting does nothing.

Camellia's turn always comes just before the Minotaur's. Camellia always casts the rather OP "Protective Luck" on Spidergirl.

Protective luck means basically anyone trying to target you with anything requiring an attack roll will do so at a disadvantage. Roll twice and take the lower roll.

Since I've started doing this, the minotaur has not managed to even hit Spidergirl, not even once, for the past 3 rounds, which means for the last 12 attacks he has made.

No, I only have 3 armies. When I try to bring up split armies between one, crusader army 4 shows up with nothing, if I transfer units it becomes an army and the one that now has no units is gone and comes up again if I do the same thing except vice versa. I can’t win all the demon fights with such a weak army so it seems either auto-mode or start over.

I can’t get to drezen unless I kill the armies.

Desiderius LannTheStupid I know you two enjoy trying to understand the developers' decisions regarding companions' builds, so I come here to you begging for help. Specifically, I need help with Woljif's Double Slice and Ember's Point-Blank Shot and Precise Shot. Why? Why does a character with Str 10 need Double Slice to add his +0 Strength bonus to the off-hand weapon? Why does a character with an innate -4 to attack rolls need to waste TWO feats to specialize in ranged attacks? What's the rationale behind these choices? To me it seems just trolling.

It’s not. Slice works with DEX bonus as they taught us with Maegar’s build in Varnhold DLC and Ember has a lot of good Rays (especially the Hellfire from Blackened), the malus goes down to two at level 10, and she’s an Elf so can use a Longbow late with Transformation and Frightful and pour lead into your unimaginative lazy little ass.

As I learned on the Deadly Aim on Kalikke if there’s a feat that looks bad the problem is usually on my end.
