that crossbow which wounds Deskari
Fourth, the halfling who gives the crossbow - that crossbow which wounds Deskari - is the same person who brought the main hero into the city. He says that. The game very heavily hints that there is something fishy going on.
Seems so, i did it with a full crusader build, no brainer just buff up for 24H and melee. Caster you can still put spells on auto but limited choices, the lich specific spells are good but cant see any reason to use anything else.

Dunno man, Ember and Daeran was one shotting demon lords with hell fire ray at the end. Maximezed and empowered spells really hurt. And Nenio is always useful with illusion and conjuration spells.
Spell resistance mattered only early stages of game Lann and any other ranged character carries that part.
It's a bullshit from people who are frequently resting, reloading, and know how would that combat looks like.Everyone says that wizards are OP, but this game seems way easier in melee. In fact, most CRPG's are.
This is the infamous developers spend 2 months on that scene, 1 month on Act 4.Second; how many of game critics know that all the companions from Kenabres are present on the market square, and every one of them has a unique phrase? Not common phrases for all the "citizens", "nobles" and "guards", but something personal. And quite interesting to boot. Also, Horgus Gwerm, Aravashnial and, for sure, two main protectors of the city are there as well.
She is not a demon lord she's a demon lady a will try to kill her when i start demon run just waiting for some more patches and shitSay that again after fighting Nocticula on core. Fuck that fight.all demon lords are easy cucks
Spell resistance is not an issue, or it is only an issue early game. And even then your main control spell (grease) doesn't even require a spell res check. Between spell pen feats, elf racials, mythic spell pen, and a lot of mythic path related abilities that give you extra way of going over spell res, spell res is just not an issue. Not to mention the game gives you access to a lot of spell pen gear at vendors (a robe in A2, googles and 2 rings in A3), that's + 7 only from vendor gear. You should try and actually play a caster instead of just repeating reddit circlejerks. And yeah surprise surprise, for your caster to do something, you need to buy him gear. It's a bullshit from people who are frequently resting, reloading, and know how would that combat looks like.Everyone says that wizards are OP, but this game seems way easier in melee. In this game you frequently have spell resistance 19.
I start chapter 3 and immediately my army's 200 footmen have disappeared. Only the archers, hellknights and shieldbearers are remaining. What gives??
Also, how am I supposed to build buildings in Drezen?
your footmen "evolve", in your case in shieldbearers apparently
it's one of the council decisions
Great. I wish the game had somehow informed me that listening to the great military thinkers on my council would cripple my army's damage output.Did you get an unit-upgrade event? The one where you chose what unit you want to make. After that event all your troops of a given category will be converted into the better one. The new squads will be less numerous, since the conversion isn't 1:1.
Use your table to manage crusade and click on the town, then "manage town" or something.
By default, every time you have to make a choice that affects the crusade minigame, you can hover over "[choice effect]" to see what it does.Great. I wish the game had somehow informed me that listening to the great military thinkers on my council would cripple my army's damage output.
No, I think this happened as a consequence of the conversation I had in the first military council and going with Regill's advice. That it would take away my footmen was a complete surprise. For military events, right click on the purple highlighted part, then right click again on the troop type in the new popup to see what you get if you take that option. It's...needlessly obscure, tbh.Great. I wish the game had somehow informed me that listening to the great military thinkers on my council would cripple my army's damage output.
Regill is right.
It's so simple, I explained this to streamer, even when I didn't play the game. For military events, right click on the purple highlighted part, then right click again on the troop type in the new popup to see what you get if you take that option.
