Lol, I was waiting for this post by someone for a few days now :DSo, this thread is dead along with the game (as FreeKaner would say). Has anyone tried the new mega boss oooooor?

The megaboss is annoying, it splits when you kill it and the two halves can reform into the original boss with full health. It's a cool mechanic but man it turns into a long autoattackfest. You have to bring a cipher along to cast Brilliant as often as they can
Plenty of good games to play right now. I beat Deadfire at launch, but there's no reason to jump back into it again until the Forgotten Sanctum DLC comes out.So, this thread is dead along with the game (as FreeKaner would say). Has anyone tried the new mega boss oooooor?
"factional and interpersonal relationships" sounds interesting, but then I imagine the characters and their relationships I saw demonstrated in Deadfire, and I go "No, thanks!"

Realizing that the relationship system is superflous garbage made me enjoy the sidekicks a lot more.

But then we'd have missed out on Green Giant walking in a straight line.Sawyer said:It’s about agents of Minoletta running around and investigating rogue wizards.
You've gotta be kidding me. Why couldn't we get that for Deadfire.
Brilliant is retarded as fuck, whoever thought of that needs to be shot. Breaks ciphers and long fights, was even worse when priests had it in an AoE.
So the first dividends is rolling ouy apparently

It is basically flopping and investors basically dont get any data, figures whatsoever.
Fig is ok if you are a backer, investing however is you just bamboozled by feargus and tim schafer.
Yeah, that's really the question. By my calculations from the numbers in the SEC filing they've done about 125k full price unit sales. Given there's both higher tier versions and sale events it's probably true that the sales were somewhere in the 100-150k range, plus then another 30k or so from the backer copies. That's quite low.
