I like this Caroc. If we were taking bets I would guess her race as an Eothas godlike (unless she/it is some sort of automaton).

Wow, this isn't very good.

I am quite disappointed as well. I'm not even sure it is the VA's fault (she sounds like she'd be okay elsewhere, just not here). Seems like a problem with VO direction.

She'd be okay for a character like Alora, I just don't think Pallegina is a good fit for her voice. And yeah agreed about the VO direction. I'm skeptical as to whether it is final though, but it might be *shrug*.

Oh...my....god.

This voice-acting is by far the shittiest I've ever heard in my life. She's staright up just reading the lines. Not ACTING at all.

She reads them incredibly fast with no emotion and no change in rhythm or tone. Just bland, bland, bland.

I wonder whose dick the "voice actress" sucked to get this VA position, because clearly she didn't get the job based on her merits.

As for the voice acting.... Its not good.

That said this may as well be temp stuff. With the final/real recording still coming. Would be nice to know if its final though.

I'd argue it's probably harder to get good VO for games these days because of how expensive it has become.

Why is there VA in the first place? Was it a stretch goal or sth so they're obliged to include it? A narrator doing a few lines here and there for flavor should be enough.
