I got scared and triggered by the 2FA prompt again today. A month is just enough time to forget I need to do this bullshit. Wish I had enabled it on the 1st day of the month, would have been easier to remember.
Let it expire and don't log in again for a month, or use a different browser next time you log in until it's the 1st again.I got scared and triggered by the 2FA prompt again today. You haven't had any problems with security since banning a range of ips used by the single guy who was causing the problems you mean.Odd that we haven't had any problems with account security whatsoever since enabling it...

Just saying that this is a glaring logical fallacy.Odd that we haven't had any problems with account security whatsoever since enabling it...
You should increase security measures even further, just to make sureIt would be a logical fallacy if I (we) were to assume foolishly that there will never be another security issue again due solely to 2FA being enabled, but there's nothing fallacious about solid empirical evidence. Before, we had nothing but problems. Accounts being stolen, mass deletions, etc. Everything lately, however, has been quiet.
Am I wrong?
You might not be wrong but you are certainly not correct. It would be a logical fallacy if I (we) were to assume foolishly that there will never be another security issue again due solely to 2FA being enabled, but there's nothing fallacious about solid empirical evidence. Am I wrong?
Yes all that ended with the banning of a single person, just because you enforced 2FA security at the same time does not mean it solved the problem. Correlation does not imply causation Kang Crispy.Am I wrong?
What an odd (and rather emotional) comparison. It's basically "Glad that I was vaccinated, otherwise I could not imagine how bad covid would have been"
It's just an example of the same logical fallacy that everyone of us will have encountered in the last few years. How that is emotional is any ones guess. What an odd (and rather emotional) comparison. It's basically "Glad that I was vaccinated, otherwise I could not imagine how bad covid would have been"
So you have the brain of a bird, Liberal.I was smart enough to take your $500.00.
That's probably the same thing a bank robber would sayI was smart enough to take your $500.00.
