Just face it - All the praise that the original RE4 gets is nothing but nostalgia from a bygone era of gaming that is long over and dead and it was thanks to abominations like RE4 that this happened, as an entire industry would follow it's critical acclaim off the nearest cliff.

RE4 was always a soulless generic piece of crap and this Remake is no different.

I believe wholeheartedly that RE4 is shit, yes.

Always felt that way since the first time I played it on my bro's Gamecube in 2004. There never came a "Point" where I convinced myself that it was garbage. I had the controller right there in my hands when I made the assessment.

I don't like RE4:Remake because it involves censorship.
I do love Resident Evil 4 because it oozes of style, has great gameplay, great replayabilty, and still was scary for its time.

And you do certainly have big mental problems if you just can't stop complaining about an objectively good game, respectively have to fight with everyone who thinks that Resident Evil 4 is a good game.
