Codex 2016 - The Age of Grimoire Make the Codex Great Again! Grab the Codex by the pussy Insert Title Here Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
The troll outline doesn't work because non-Codexers won't have any idea what that is.

I think they'll just think it's some kind of logo or mascot.

I don't plan on appealing to casuals anyway.

I'm no longer sure where the trolling begins, and the lack of design skills unironically ends.

For quality control, you ideally want everything to be about 5mm in from the edge of the card, unless it's supposed to be the background, in which case you want to leave 3mm minimum for cutting. The reason for 5mm inside is you want some safe area in case the printers cut the cards wrong - 4mm one way and 6mm the other isn't that noticeable, but 3 and 5 is. In general, any kind of border is a bad idea.

Almost all the entries are too busy - to be honest, I'd keep them one sided, generic cards without personalisation for staffers. Staff are volunteers, and you stand to loose too much by gunning for professionalism here. Someone like VD can probably confirm/deny this, but I've heard from sales types that they really need blank backs on business cards to take notes - who to follow up with, when, etc.

I have a bleed in the original file, but it's cut off in my images.

From personal experience I think non-personal cards pretty much suck. If it's a pretty stressfull day you would be happy to have an actual name on the card you can refer to. Otherwise when you can't remember the name (or you haven't even understood it right because of background noise) you really have a small problem when you want to contact the person.

It's not that business cards with different names are such an expensive thing nowadays.

Yeah but, does the codex need them?

Well, no yeah, if we have certain people who go to cons and the like more than others, like Mindx2, it would be better if they had a personal one.

Redrew the dice... aren't the numbers wrong? What should I put on the top?
Does no one here actually have a twenty sided die they can model to correctly place the numbers? :decline:

I'll take a couple pics when I get home.

Auf English. Political correctness stammers “he - she - it” or defers to the second person or plural, does the Codex fig leaf its collective genitalia ,

or is it just happy to ‘meat’ and greet.

“s/he/it” is a useful textural obscuration.

Graphically seeking, is the Codex Troll an ‘in-ie’ or an ‘out-ie? ;)

Here that was my suggestion:
Gray

Blue

But because the red still makes my eyes bleeds i would go with dark gray for the writing.

Pro-Tip Corporation.
Hey guys! Hate to ruin your day but image must be in vector format.
Bleed 3 mm. CMYK colors.
Otherwise those damn clerks may demand extra cash for reformatting it.
Just saying.

WTF, This actually looks professional. If rpgcodex should have a business card, it should be at least somewhat offensive and vile.
