We're all minorities in Hong Kong, 毒男. Should have stayed in America.

Finally out of jail, my homie is looking pretty thin.

This guy is an asshole, the visual design hints at this because he as no fashion sense.

Nothing to see here, fellas.

Looking slick.

HK here I come.

Actually I had to uninstall the game after this. There was just too much toxic masculinity and zero diversity, where are all the africans and arabs, people? Where are all the gays? Was this game made by Trump voters? Eating a ton of street food won't even make you body positive like in San Andreas. Even worse, in this game you play as an undercover cop. It leads to some interesting things like losing points for fucking up during chases, but yikes, it's the current year people. Cops are all monsters and not even human beings. Why doesn't this game call out the racism of HK police?

Not nearly as impressive as the main game to be honest whereas the first game's DLC overshadowed the base missions at its best. And it does seem quite rushed, in that the same cityscape is used in daylight and nighttime conditions, and with one mission being a repurposing of one Dishonored 2 locale. But they are enjoyable as missions if you treat then as you would a Thief FM. At their best it's the standardly intricate design, top notch exploration and lotsa ways in which the world discloses itself to the player. So it's still Arkane.
Didn't care much for 'new' powers (so basically Prey 2006's ghost walk and blink with a delay) and the game seems to be more encouraging of a violent approach what with chaos meter being absent and some of the side contracts not being doable via non-violent approach. Didn't care much for the central story as opposed to the writing specific to missions but in my case that was kinda the case with Dishonored 1 and 2 too.

Yes, but have you eaten a pork bun? For, as Confucius says, he who hasn't eaten a pork bun is never a whole man.

I don't know why, but I always thought Ogre Mages were one of the coolest enemies you fight in the original Baldur's Gate. Just randomly occurred to me when I was looking through the screenshots.

Also liked its use of Doppelgangers even though they were pushovers to fight.

By ProphetSword, who I suspect may possibly be a bit of a Pool of Radiance fanboy:

It's true. I love Pool of Radiance, and the Gold-Box games in general.

I did notice something odd about your screenshots, though. It looks like the border on the right side seems to be missing. It shouldn't be, as you can see here:

Not sure if it's an issue with your version of DOSBox, the way the screenshot was taken or something else. Just wanted to point it out.

I guess it's because I made a half-assed attempt of capturing it before the "PRESS RETURN TO CONTINUE." box appeared.

Divinity: Original Sin 2 Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Clive Barker's Jericho

The game aged horribly. It wasn't something special at the release date, but now seeing all those bland level design with poor implementation of Unreal engine makes it so forgettable. The shitty ending is a cherry on the top of this cake. I should have replayed Undying instead.

The worst part of Jericho were the fucking QTEs. Fail exorcism QTE, nazi bitch queen bites your hand, GAME OVER MAN.

Otoh the gory creativity was impressive. The crazy, mutilated crusaders with weapons for arms remain one of the most memorable and disturbing part of the game for me.

Started playing some classic Might & Magic II (the first one I ever played back during its release):

Sadly, I'm finding that my first level party can easily be defeated in the first round by even the most pathetic enemies:

MM2 is very brutal for lvl 1 parties. Hell, even parties imported from MM1 have problems with Jugglers.

Yeah, Jericho is a bloody clusterfuck. It's as if they were developing it as a co-op game but then switched to singleplayer without giving you the sort of control over your squad you'd get a proper tactical shooter. It'd still be a clusterfuck mind you, in that what passes for the 'level design' here just doesn't work with the number of enemies you're facing or with you having a whole squad on your side.

Silent Hill: Shattered Memories - the only somewhat good SH title made by western devs, and also the only one that is a storyfag walking simulator.

Origins was the closest in spirit to the original quadrilogy
dudebro trucker guy smashing monsters with a TV.

Shattered Memories was made by the "oh yeah, I LOOOOOOVED Silent Hill 2, just like, the psychological horror, and how it fucks with your mind and....huh? The other ones? No I didn't like them, they were kinda boring" crowd. It was an attempt at retelling SH1 through the prism of popular perceptions of Silent Hill 2.
