Not really; charm and force talk works fine.This is one of the NPCs you can charm to get extra dialogue. But you have to pause as you transition, then charm her before dialogue starts.

(If the game has dialogue trees you could even formalize character traits and enforce them mechanically, with some way to sacrifice character development in order to facilitate character changes).
You could always make traits advantageous in some circumstances and disadvantageous in the other. For unambiguous advantages and disadvantages, you could make them costly or beneficial in terms of stat allocation.I like the concept as it would generate a lot of lulz (like Jinxed in Falout), but I wonder if anyone would actually use it.
