Yes its TOAW III. The Scenario is Campaign for South Vietnam by Curt Chambers. It plays out like the old Vietnam 1965-1975 board game by Victory games.

The top of this thing is a gaping circular mouth filled with rows and rows of teeth, and those black eyes covering the body twitch and blink and the entire thing pulsates. It's the freakiest monster I've seen in a while!

He can be saved if he survives the fight with the vagina monsters with more than 50% health, best to homeward bone away immediately in case he's poisoned. I failed in another way - I killed all but one of them so he'd be relatively safe, went looking for the stairs to climb up and talk to him, and the last fucking thing fell down a hole. Onion Bro moped that he wished he could have joined in fighting them, wandered off and was never seen again.

At least I never KILLED HIM
